CEO - CO FOUNDER
Don is one of the co-founders of NPL. He has over 25 years of transportation experience in sectors including Parcel, Postal, Truckload, LTL, and Air Freight. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Don enjoys implementing creative strategies that make NPL an industry leader. Don holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Director of Information Technology
Drew works daily with ownership to stay ahead of the operational and technological trends of our industry and our customers. Drew and his team design, implement, and maintain the companies freight management software; customer facing apps, and data exchange programs. He also handles budgeting and contracts for ICT
Manager Client Services
Donna joined National Parcel Logistics in 2011. She has over 34 years’ experience in the printing and logistics industries, Process Improvement and Project Management. As Client Services Manager, Donna manages tracking and reporting for all of our national and retail accounts as well as all expedited shipments company wide. Her team takes a proactive approach to identify, communicate and resolve concerns as early as possible to help insure highly date sensitive shipments deliver on time
COO - CO FOUNDER
Dave is one of the co-founders of NPL. He has over 30 years of experience in the logistics field which includes international and domestic freight forwarding. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker.
Vice President of Business Administration
John has over 25 years of experience in logistics, postal affairs, direct marketing, and finance. He has worked for organizations that are industry leaders in cooperative direct marketing, seminar marketing, and logistics. John earned his MBA and BS in Finance from the University of South Florida
Bill has 35 plus years of experience in the Printing and Logistics industries. He spent 27 years as the Senior Executive of the John H. Harland Company responsible for all facets of the business domestic and International. Bill joined NPL in 2009 to support the Vision and Growth strategy of the founders. Bill has also served as President of the Check Payment Service Association and served as Board Member of Galas Harland SA.
James C Sebastian
Vice President of Operations
Jim has over 30 years’ experience in the print, delivery and transportation industries. While director of Delivery Services and Transportation at John Harland Company, he served on the Board of Directors for the Parcel Shippers Association and represented the Check Payment Services Association on the Mailers Technical Advisory Council. As VP of Operations Jim manages Client Support, Truckload Services and our Atlanta Hub.
Manager Truckload Services
Janice brings 37 years of JIT inventory management and logistics experience to the table. She joined the National Parcel Logistics in 2011, bringing a dedication to deliver positive outcomes to customers and team members. Janice oversees the national dispatch and operations functions of the Truckload Group. She enthusiastically ensures delivery solutions for the customers that improve both operational and financial performance goals providing 1st class transportation services.
